This first Gin with aromas of juniper and fir, is distinguished on the olfactory by the intensity of the fir and the complexity of the aromas which catches up with it in the mouth giving a beautiful balance which combines robustness and freshness.
 
Our choice naturally fell on the aroma of the fir tree with the idea of giving a nod to the environment in which we met.
 
Besides the fact that the fir tree is often used to make coffins, the fir tree is also associated with the symbol of life, starting from the earth and gradually rising towards the sky with a certain note of spirituality. But from a more general point of view, it is also this tree that brings together young and old, family and friends, end-of-year celebrations.
